"No Surprises" Custom Order Process

It starts with your idea
We discuss your idea! Do you have a family stone you want incorporated into the design? Maybe just some vague design ideas? Or even if you have a full, detailed idea for your new piece. We will discuss the details and I'll set to the drawing board. I'll send you drawings, pricing and lead time for each design option. Once you choose, I collect a 50% deposit from you then I start to work.
I begin to make your vision a reality
As I create your piece I take several process photos for you, so you can watch your piece come to life.

A lasting memory
Once your piece is complete, I'll post finished photos on my website in a private listing just for you. Once you pay your balance, I'll ship your piece right away in a gift box with ribbon. It will ship out USPS Priority Mail, Insured.
