Welcome to Gaia’s Jewels! I want to make your shopping experience a good one so please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about any of my handmade products featured here. I want to hear from you so that I can become your favorite jewelry shop ever!

Payment
I accept most credit cards, PayPal, Square, etc. No taxes are added to your total unless you’re in Colorado. Most items in my shop are ready to ship unless stated otherwise; orders cannot be cancelled once your item has been shipped. Please see my Refund / Return Policy after that.
Custom Orders
First, I calculate the cost of the chosen materials and estimate my time. Then I send you the estimated price along with a snapshot of a drawing of the intended piece so that we can agree on the scope, materials, design, shipped cost and turnaround time. Once we make any changes to the design and you give me the “thumbs up” only then do I proceed. I take a 50% deposit up front to start the project (PayPal invoice) and a final 50% payment to ship. I find that this avoids any nasty surprises for either party. 🙂 . Please NOTE: CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

Shipping
All domestic shipments will be via USPS Priority mail, insured, unless otherwise requested. Shipping rates may be adjusted if you request special shipping arrangements. Items in stock ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Please allow 14 business days lead time for custom orders, or as mutually agreed otherwise.
International shipping can be arranged; please contact me if you are outside of the United States. International buyers will be responsible for VAT, actual costs of shipping, insurance, duty and/or customs fees.

Refunds / Returns
Items can be returned within 15 days for a full product refund minus a 5% restocking fee. Contact me if you need to return an item for any reason and we can work something out. NOTE: Custom orders are not returnable.

Tutorials for Personal/Commercial Use: By Purchasing this tutorial you agree to the following terms and conditions:
*You agree that you may make the design from the tutorial for yourself or to use as a gift. If selling finished product, credit must be given to the designer, Renée Crum.
*Copyright of the design remains with Renée Crum of Gaia’s Jewels.
*Credit for the design (whether as a whole, or as a portion of the design) should be included in your listing description and photos, or if you post photos of the item on the internet.
*Purchase of the tutorial, does not grant the purchaser the right to include this tutorial as part of a kit for sale or to teach this design in classes.
*Purchase of a tutorial does NOT grant purchaser permission to resell, share, exchange, copy the whole or parts of it or to distribute it in any way.
